Canada Summer Games

Join us in supporting Our Journey to the 2026 National Games!  

Thirteen LaSalle-Windsor Special Olympics athletes have been chosen for Team Ontario and will proudly represent us at the Canada Summer Games in Medicine Hat, Alberta. This amazing opportunity is the result of hard work, dedication, and the support of LaSalle-Windsor Special Olympics.  

It costs $1,400 for each athlete to attend, and we’re reaching out for community help to make this dream possible. Every contribution, big or small, gets us closer to seeing Team Ontario shine on the national stage.

Our Team Ontario athletes:

Sunday, July 19th, Team Ontario assembled at the Vollmer Centre to receive their kit for the upcoming Canada Summer Games.  The team is shown below in their jackets, along with Coaches Cindy (left) for Rhythmic Gymnastics and Matt (right) for Powerlifting.  Coach Xay for Tenpin could not attend.
